We use a chemical solution to relax the hairs and allow them to sit in the desired direction. To ensure that we maintain the integrity of your hairs we incorporate a restoring bonding treatment with every service.

To maintain the integrity of your brows and lashes, we recommend waiting at least 6 weeks before scheduling another lamination appointment. Scheduling any sooner than this could put your brows and lashes at risk of damage, as the lamination solution may not have completely worn off. If your hair is not suitable for a lamination treatment, we can suggest alternative options.

During pregnancy, hormonal changes can cause our skin to react differently. If you haven't had a brow lamination done with us before your pregnancy, we don't recommend doing it at this time. However, if we have previously done a lamination for you, we will provide a thorough consultation before proceeding to minimise the risk of any reactions occurring.

Mesoskin cannot be performed during pregnancy due to untested electric current technology.

The good news is that all organic spa products and facials, including LED, are safe to use during pregnancy.

When using the lamination solution on the skin, some conditions may prevent us from providing the treatment. These include:

- Skin sensitivity

- Open cuts or wounds in the brow area

- Use of acne medications

- Use of chemical peel or highly active products within the last 7 days

- Being pregnant or within the first trimester

If there is congestion beneath our skin, it is possible that our skin may purge after a facial. This is a positive sign as it indicates that the congestion under our skin's surface is being eliminated.

However, all of our facials, including the enzyme peel and mesoskin, do not require any downtime. These facials use fruit and plant enzymes to remove dead skin and oil, so there is no flaking or dryness after the treatment.

As acne medication can lead to severe dryness of the skin, we recommended to use gentle hydrating products on the skin. Fortunately, all our facial products are certified organic and free of harsh chemicals or fragrances. If you are on acne medication and have severely dry skin we can tailor your facial to help nourish and re-hydrate your skin effectively.

We totally understand that plans change and sometimes you can no longer make your booking.

1. Changes and cancellations made beyond 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit 0% of the total fee.

2. Changes and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit 50% of the total fee.

3. Regrettably, all ‘no shows’ will forfeit 100% of the total fee, and gift vouchers considered redeemed.

We are located in our home studio in Mosman. The address is given out once your appointment has been confirmed prior to your booking.

We accept cash (preferred), all card payments and bank transfer.
